Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £4.99, and it's free on orders over £35. Where express delivery (1–2 working days) is offered, you'll see it at checkout for £6.99.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery then usually takes 4–7 working days, depending on the item and courier. Larger items such as furniture and Christmas trees can take a little longer, especially in peak season.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. A larger order may arrive in more than one delivery, but you'll only pay for delivery once.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships, we'll email you tracking details where available.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@perennahome.co.uk and we'll tell you where to send it. Read the full refund policy.
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and checked your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?
Sorry about that! Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.

How can I pay?
You can pay with all major debit and credit cards, plus any express payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order that hasn't been dispatched yet.
Do you have a discount for new customers?
Yes. Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of any page for 10% off your first order.
Products
Do artificial plants and flowers need any care?
Just an occasional dust with a soft cloth or a hairdryer on a cool setting. Keep them out of strong direct sunlight to stop the colours fading.
Are your rugs washable?
Yes, our rugs marked "washable" are designed to be easy to clean. Always follow the care label that comes with your rug.
Do light fittings come with bulbs?
Only where the product page says so. We sell matching LED filament bulbs separately in our Lighting collection.
